Whether you have only one employee or dozens, running a payroll and keeping up to date with legislation is time consuming.
We provide a payroll service which can free you of the burden.
- A fixed fee for a year with no set up cost
- We will arrange an initial meeting to discuss requirements and advise what information we will require to prepare the payroll, this is free of charge.
- The payroll will be run to meet your individual requirement, be it weekly, fortnightly, monthly etc.
- Confidential payslips are printed for each employee.
- We will provide you with supporting schedules providing an analysis of staff costs and if required a journal to put through your accounts.
- At the end of the tax year we will prepare and submit your forms P35 and P14 and provide you with forms P60 for each employee
- Your PAYE tax and national insurance liability will be advised to you at the beginning of each month for payment by 19th of the month
You can operate as:
- A sole-trader
- A partnership
- A company
There are pros and cons to each method of trading. Whilst taxation is an important consideration it is not necessarily the most important. We can advise you of the possibilities in respect of your business and advise what you need to do to set up each method. We can also deal with all the necessary paperwork.
